Purchases
The customer must provide accurate and complete details at the time of his/her transaction. He/she may be required to provide additional details (address, e-mail, phone number, etc) upon our request to ensure the accuracy and delivery of your order.
If you do provide an incorrect shipping address, Modo Mio Studio (hereafter known as MMS) is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense. If an order is returned back to us due to insufficient address, we will charge a $5 reshipment fee to mail it to the correct address. Once your order is confirmed, we are not obliged to make any changes or cancellations.
Order Processing
Processing time is around 4 - 7 business days as each piece of jewelry is handmade. For custom items, please allow 8 - 10 days for processing. Please keep in mind that order processing is not the same as shipping. Certain items may have different processing times due to stock and availability. Delays in order processing may also occur around promotional sale events and holidays.
Lost Items
Once items leave our facility, we are not responsible for items being lost, missing, or damaged by the carrier. Please double check your shipping address at checkout. MMS is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense. If you enter an incorrect address, please contact us ASAP.
The customer is responsible for international tax and duties for overseas orders.
We are not responsible for jewelry pieces that tarnish or break if customer is at fault.
Cancellations
MMS reserves the right to cancel orders at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to cancel your order after it has been submitted due to inaccuracies on our site, incorrect payment information, insufficient shipping information, and/or suspected fraudulent information.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. We do not allow returns, exchanges, or refunds due to sanitary reasons and the custom, handmade nature of our items. If you have received a defective item, please contact us at: contact@modomiostudio.com.
We are not responsible for items that have tarnished or broken due to exposure to water, other liquids or misuse (refer to jewelry care & use page).
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped within 4-7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number once your order has shipped.
Once items leave our warehouse, the carrier is responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are not able to expedite delivery once the item is in the hands of the carrier as they have full control over the package.
Please double check your shipping address before ordering as we are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect address.

Please refer to the table below for international shipping rates in USD. All international orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited service (5-10 Business Days). The customer is responsible for any customs/duties fees required for international orders.
